    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Pumkin Puree, canned
      • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
        • ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
          • 1 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
            • ½ cup Water
              • 2 tbsp. Tahini
                • 2 tbsp. Honey
                  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
                    • Salt and pepper to taste.

                      Instructions

                      1. In a blender or food processor, add pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add chickpeas and water.
                      2. Blend until smooth.
                      3. Add tahini, honey and oil.
                      4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
