Last Day to Order to Receive by Christmas
To ensure you receive your order by Christmas, please make sure you order you will need to order by:
- Ground Shipping: 12:00 PM CT on December 14th
- Two Day Shipping: 12:00 PM CT on December 20th
Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on December 20, 2018 will not be shipped until January 2, 2019.
Tailor Made Products is not responsible for late deliveries due to UPS / USPS delays.
Orders placed with standard ground shipping will be delivered in 3-8 business days. We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Orders placed with expedited delivery service (2 Day delivery) Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. Central Time are processed for shipping the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. For example, orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Your UPS shipping options and transit times are as follows:
- 2 Day Service (2 Business Days)
- Ground (3-8 Business Days)
Business Days are Monday through Friday excluding UPS holidays. We are unable to process shipments with a signature required for delivery. However, if you wish, once you have received your tracking number and your package is in transit, you may arrange to have it held for pick up at your local UPS facility by contacting UPS (1-800-742-5877) directly with your request.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Processing Update email once your order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed for shipping. You will then be sent an email the next business day which contains the tracking number for the shipping label or labels that were created for your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from receipt of this email for your shipment to show in "In Transit" status in the UPS system.
You may track the shipment progress on the ups.com website once your package has been scanned at the UPS facility. If you are a registered user on our website you can track your order online by accessing the Order Status/History page. You can also check the status of your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please have your Order Confirmation Number available.
PO Box & APO/FPO/AE Shipments
We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/AE locations. Our warehouses are set up to handle UPS shipments only. UPS requires a street address to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Whenever possible, we strongly recommend that you ship to a street address as your order will ship in the normal UPS timeframe as posted above.
We are not set up to ship to Canadian addresses.
General Order Procedures
Shipping Charges are calculated on the weight of the items you order and on the type of shipping option you request. You will be charged a flat rate for shipping standard ground service to a single location. Additionally, Curious Chef never charges a handling fee to process your order or has you pay for shipping materials. When you check out, you will be able to see exactly how much you are being charged for your shipment. For assistance with your shipping questions, please email us at email@example.com.
Shipping Options for Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are a Flat Rate Charge Ground Shipping of $7.99 to one location or 2 Day Air Service at the actual UPS charge.
All UPS Ground shipments must be placed by 11:59 pm central time on December 14, 2018 to guarantee delivery before Christmas within the contiguous USA. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must be received by 11:59 pm central time on December 11, 2018 to guarantee delivery before Christmas. UPS 2nd day air shipments must be placed by 11:59 pm central time on December 20, 2018. Please note that Curious Chef is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by UPS.
